Property styling - when selling first impressions count

Why style?

Don't miss out on achieving the best possible sales price for your largest asset. You may be thinking:  "Styling only applies to up-market properties." Due to TV shows such as "The Block" and "Selling Houses Australia" styling has become far more popular. Nowadays most properties going to market are being styled, so if you elect not to style you are already on the back foot.

So other than everybody is doing it, why style? Styling helps buyers to fall in love with your property, while highlighting features and downplaying flaws. It has been proven that well presented properties attract larger numbers of buyers, increasing the competition and in this way reducing the time on market and driving up the sales price.

How does it work?

So what does the process involve?
  1. A professional consultation including practical hints and tips, as well as, identifying changes/repairs that can be made to refresh and re-vitalise your home adding value. Your budget is considered throughout the process
  2. Execution of work identified in the consultation. Owners often perform the identified tasks themselves or arrange the required tradesmen. We can assist if required.
  3. Staging the property for sale. Staging/Styling is where the house is set-up ready for the photos and open days. This can be done using your own furniture or hiring furniture.
